Job description

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations including inventory control, order processing, and shipping and receiving activities. This position requires proficiency in handling warehouse equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting timely order fulfillment using both manual and computerized systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately
  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Sort and organize materials for proper storage and distribution
  • Load and unload shipments safely and promptly
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment proficiently
  • Perform quality inspections to meet company standards
  • Utilize warehouse management software, Quickbooks Enterprise, and Fedex shipping tools
  • Complete related manual paperwork and computer-based documentation
