Conscious Growths Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Maintain an active caseload, fostering rapport and trust with clients while adhering to professional ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss strategies for continued stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, implementing therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Ensure documentation and progress notes are meticulously recorded and up-to-date for each client, in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, gathering essential historical information to inform treatment planning.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches and techniques to support diverse therapeutic needs.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to reflect on clinical work, ensuring ongoing professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

Our LPCs serve a varied patient population within an outpatient setting. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals across different age groups and backgrounds, each facing distinct mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in providing therapeutic support that is culturally competent and responsive to the unique needs of our community. By establishing strong therapeutic alliances, you contribute directly to enhanced patient outcomes and overall community well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Strong proficiency in using computer systems including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfortability with conducting intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working collaboratively in an integrated care environment.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is fee-for-service, with guaranteed rates allowing for timely payments ahead of collections—eliminating delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
