• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, set goals, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client's needs and objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Perform initial intake assessments to gather relevant information and establish treatment trajectories.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to support client growth and healing.
• Engage in individual supervision meetings for professional development and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.
• Embrace a growth mindset, continually seeking ways to enhance professional skills and contribute to team success.

The target client population comprises individuals and families seeking outpatient mental health support. Clients may present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our practice emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients, which is crucial for their healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
• Currently active, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, capable of using various software programs including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to clients and families.
• Comfortable with conducting detailed intake assessments.

• Familiarity with documentation and billing processes in a fee-for-service model.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those from marginalized communities.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on experience and clinical expertise.
