• Conduct regular video sessions with clients, assessing and addressing their mental health needs in a compassionate manner.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat a variety of emotional and mental disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and skills to navigate their challenges, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines for teletherapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary, ensuring holistic support for clients.

Your work will primarily focus on adults who are generally stable with low acuity needs. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are ready for telehealth services, allowing you to concentrate on providing high-quality therapy without extensive crises management concerns.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a strong educational background and relevant licensure:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, experience in providing psychotherapy, and the ability to engage with clients empathetically. Skills in teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms will be advantageous as we seek to enhance our service delivery methods.
