Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via video consultations to determine the emotional and mental health needs of clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client cases, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused interventions.
• Educate clients about coping strategies and decision-making skills, guiding them to achieve their personal mental health goals.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals through our platform to enhance client care and provide comprehensive support.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health care and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Inner Peace Psychotherapy, you will primarily work with stable adult clients who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, including anxiety, stress, and grief. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for telehealth therapy, enabling you to focus on delivering supported interventions rather than crisis management. This targeted approach allows you to develop long-lasting therapeutic relationships that foster healing and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Peace Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary structure ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year based on hours worked.
