Job description

American Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HVAC Estimator / Operations Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. This unique hybrid role splits time between standard office administration and hands-on coordination on the shop floor.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate HVAC takeoffs and project estimations.

• Manage and track shop inventory to ensure smooth project workflows.

• Coordinate sheet metal fabrication schedules and logistics.

• Utilize project management tools (like Monday.com) to track jobs from start to finish.

• Maintain open, clear communication between the office staff and the shop team.


Qualifications:

• Prior experience with HVAC estimating or takeoffs is highly preferred.

• High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to comfortably transition between a professional office setting and a hands-on shop environment.
