What is a computer technician substitute?

Computer Technician Substitutes are professionals who temporarily fill in for regular computer technicians when they are unavailable. They provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain computer systems in environments such as schools, offices, or organizations. Their role ensures that technology runs smoothly and that any technical problems are resolved promptly during the absence of the regular staff. They may also assist with installations, updates, and user support tasks. This position requires a solid understanding of computer systems, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
