As a first point of contact for City employees, you'll play a critical role in keeping our technology running smoothly. From troubleshooting software glitches to setting up new systems, you'll be supporting employees across all City departments. What You'll Do: Provide top-notch IT support to City employees across 124 locations Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, from software installations to printer problems Utilize Engine Service Desk software to track and manage service requests efficiently Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure smooth operations Use remote support tools and on-site visits to keep our technology running seamlessly Why Join Us.

Qualifications and Requirements Experience, Education, and Training Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related area; Substantial work experience within computer environments may be substituted for the formal education on a year-for-year basis. Licensing/Certification Obtain certification as a HDI Support Center Analyst and CompTIA A+ Certification within probationary period.
