UTILITIES TECHNICIAN 1

JOB SUMMARY: The Utilities Technician is responsible for the design and the implementation of a detailed and effective maintenance plan electrician equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain facilities and utilities.
  • Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of the maintenance function.
  • Perform routine inspections of all systems and equipment.
  • Assist plans, organizes staffs, directs, and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Ensures that all policies and procedure are followed related to the performance of the maintenance functions.
  • Establishes and communicates the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks and assure zero accident compliance.
  • Ensure the necessary spare parts and require tools for the maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the total completion of the designed maintenance plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Refrigeration License or Licensed Electrician preferable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience working in a relative environment in regulatory industry.
  • Availability to work different shifts on a 24/7 working schedule.
  • Valid PR driver's license.
