We are growing!Kohler has completed construction on a new 1 million-square-foot manufacturingfacility on 200 acres in the industrial corridor of Casa Grande, AZ. What We'reLooking For:
As a SystemAnalyst for Kohler Co., you will be responsible for all aspects of ManagementInformation Systems at the Casa Grande, AZ plant. They will coordinate andassist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems used onLocal Area Networks or Midrange systems.The SystemAnalyst also defines and develops methodology to ensure standardization ofproducts at each facility.
What You'llDo:
  • Directs preparation of systems specifications, development of programs, preparation of data for tests, system documentation and user manuals, and conducts system tests and/or parallel runs.
  • Prepare or review general and detail specifications for systems and programs to be used on local area networks or SAP.
  • Analyze the capacity and limitations of equipment, operating time and operating unit personnel to achieve best utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Participate with development, testing, and implementation of these systems.
  • Direct the operation of SAP and the local area network.
  • Coordinate the installation of any new equipment for use with SAP, and the local area network. Includes install and configure of personal computers and related software.
  • Responsible for maintenance, repair, and admin of networking, phone system cabling, switch, voicemail, security, and PC hardware and software problems. This also includes printers, portable printers, and production scanners used within the production and warehouse areas.
  • Coordinates the development of test data and implementation schedules to achieve system objectives. Coordinates set-up of training schedules for new systems.
  • Participates in conferences with personnel in other departments to analyze their needs and develop specific objectives for meeting these needs.
  • Provides analysis, counsel and direction to user and operational personnel assuring efficient operation of existing systems.
  • Participates in educational programs and professional societies computer techniques and systems methodologies.

Skills/Requirements
What You'llNeed to Bring to the Table:
  • BS Degree with emphasis in Computer Technology preferred. Associate Degree in Computer Technology with a minimum of 2 years prior experience or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft based operating systems.
  • 2+ years' experience troubleshooting and repair network and computer systems, network infrastructure, printers, and cabling required.
