Job description

FishEye Software is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and enhance advanced radar capabilities for mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work across the systems engineering lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into reliable, high-performance radar solutions.
This position requires an Active Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Maynard, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full systems engineering lifecycle from requirements development and architecture through integration, verification, validation, and field deployment.
  • Develop, decompose, allocate, and maintain system and subsystem requirements including requirements traceability.
  • Develop and maintain system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and CAMEO.
  • Support Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) architecture development and system-level architecture.
  • Analyze operational and test data to evaluate system performance, identify trends and anomalies, and support resolution of complex system issues.
  • Develop technical reports, presentations, engineering briefings, and proposal materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience supporting radar, sensor, aerospace, defense, or other complex technical systems.
  • Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software systems preferably sensors or real-time mission systems
  • Hands-on experience with CAMEO, SysML, MBSE, and MOSA.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and test data.
  • Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience supporting missile warning, air defense, or other defense-related sensor programs.
  • Familiarity with phased-array, surveillance, tracking, or other advanced radar and sensing technologies.

Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $190,000 USD. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, skills, certifications, and other relevant qualifications, as well as applicable client or government contractual rates.
