In this role, you will support the end-to-end modernization, integration, and sustainment of the Mission Planning System (MPS), including JMPS, JOMS, CMP microservices, and emerging cloud-native mission planning capabilities. The role spans enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, and integration across U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) mission planning environments.

What You'll Work On:

  • Deliver systems integration, evaluation, and technical recommendations across the Mission Planning Enterprise.

  • Support lifecycle systems engineering activities, including requirements, architecture, integration, verification or validation, and transition.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise, solution, and functional architectures aligned with DoDAF and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to document current and future-state systems and support technical roadmaps.

  • Support DevSecOps and Common Development Environment (CDE) activities, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Conduct performance, code quality, and cybersecurity assessments and support collaborative test events.

  • Implement cybersecurity and system security engineering practices, including RMF compliance, ATO or IATT support, and eMASS documentation.

  • Support enterprise data management, including data governance, metadata management, and interface documentation.

  • Provide systems engineering support for FMS mission planning environments, including development of releasable mission planning enterprises (MPEs).

  • Support configuration management processes, including ERB or CCB participation and baseline management.

You Have:

  • Experience in systems engineering for complex, multi-tiered systems, including cloud, hybrid, or edge environments

  • Knowledge of mission planning systems such as JMPS, JOMS, CMP

  • Ability to support DevSecOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting AFLCMC, PEO C3BM, or C3M programs

  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, ICAM or IdM, RMF, and cybersecurity engineering principles

  • Ability to work across government, contractor, and multi-vendor environments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
