Experience

  • Experience creating user guides and training documentation
  • Experience working with children's healthcare systems
  • Experience with Children's Medical Services (CMS) 3.0 Health Information Management System

Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • SDLC documentation and testing methodologies

Education
