MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Systems Specialists to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing.
  • Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
  • Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
  • Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets.
  • Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training operations.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.
Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocols

Midlevel
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification or a related field.
  • Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance protocols within a regional context

Clearance Required:
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
