Job Description:
Join a fast-growing financial services organization as a Systems Analyst, where you will serve as a technical expert supporting critical revenue operations platforms and workflows.   • 2+ years of technical support experience supporting business-critical applications.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, systems auditing, testing, risk analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows and system behaviors.
  • Experience supporting integrations, workflow automation, and platform configuration.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
  • Experience contributing to or supporting production change management processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.
  • Experience with cloud telephony platforms, Azure Virtual Desktop environments, email deliverability technologies, or experience supporting systems within regulated industries is a plus.
