We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Business Systems Analyst III to join our growing team in Aiken, SC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead crossfunctional process discovery sessions to document and evaluate workflows
  • Design and implement futurestate processes that improve efficiency
  • Translate business needs into ERP functional requirements
  • Develop process documentation including workflow diagrams and SOPs
  • Build dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
  • Analyze business data using SQL and relational databases
  • Lead system and process improvement initiatives endtoend
  • Mentor junior analysts and support business system users
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or ERP experience
