Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Systems Analyst Location: Athens, GA Type: 21 month contract Compensation: $30-34/hour, depending on qualifications Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

Overview

Provide operational and administrative support for pharmacovigilance systems, including system maintenance, user support, data management, validation activities, and documentation. This role supports global PV users and ensures the reliable operation of GxP-regulated safety systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for pharmacovigilance system users, including ticket triage, user setup, access support, mailbox management, and training coordination.
  • Maintain pharmacovigilance system data, including product dictionaries, product families, product lines, and related database records.
  • Execute SQL queries and reports, support computerized system validation activities, and assist with dashboard monitoring and maintenance.
  • Monitor PV system performance and coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve system issues and support ongoing operations.
  • Maintain and organize pharmacovigilance documentation, records, and archives in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting GxP-regulated computerized systems within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment.
  • Experience using SQL for reporting, data extraction, or database support activities.
  • Experience supporting system administration functions, user provisioning, data maintenance, and help desk or ticketing processes.
  • Experience supporting global users and enterprise applications preferred.
