The JJOS Senior Analyst supports the strategy, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Johnson & Johnson Operating System (JJOS) within Supply Chain Excellence (SCE). This role helps to enable the operating model execution and adoption by translating JJOS standards into usable materials and by supporting structured engagement governance to help mature the operating system. The role enables execution of the JJOS strategic roadmap by providing analytical insight, operational support, and coordination across initiatives, governance forums, and performance management processes. In addition, this role supports digital tools to translate requirements into actionable analyses, materials, reporting, and process documentation.

The JJOS Senior Analyst also serves as a two-way conduct capturing site/function feedback and synthesizing themes, risks, and barriers into insights and recommendations for operating model refinement and engagement focus. The Senior Analyst serves as a key contributor to portfolio tracking, performance metrics, and enterprise enablement activities, ensuring JJOS initiatives are datadriven, wellcoordinated, and consistently executed across business segments and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the JJOS digital toolset (e.g., Metro), ensuring there is appropriate awareness and understanding to drive JJOS initiatives Leverage digital insights to identify risk signals, maturity gaps, and improvement opportunities across sites and functions.

  • Collaborate to translate tool-based insights into engagement opportunities for SCE Excellence teams. Support monitoring and reporting of operating model health indicators (e.g., engagement coverage, action closure, adoption/maturity signals) to inform prioritization and follow-up.

  • Support the development and maintenance of JJOS performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc). Analyze trends, risks, and benefits realization to support fact-based decision making and portfolio reviews.

  • Provide analytical and coordination support for the JJOS initiative portfolio, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Support preparation of materials for governance forums, senior leadership reviews, and cross functional decision points.

  • Support documentation, maintenance, and evolution of JJOS governance, roles & responsibilities, end to end process standards, tools, and templates. Collaborate to ensure materials are current, accessible, and aligned to the defined JJOS operating model. Maintain "source of truth" artifacts (e.g., governance routines, RACI, playbooks, and templates), support structured intake of operating model updates, and draft change impact summaries for review/approval by the JJOS Operating Model & Engagement Leader.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by conducting analyses, capturing lessons learned, and supporting standardization of best practices. Maintain repositories of JJOS guidance, artifacts, and reference materials to enable consistent adoption.

  • Support communication and engagement activities across SCE, IM, MT, and enterprise partners by preparing clear, concise materials, summaries, and updates. Coordinate recurring stakeholder cadences (e.g., agendas, pre-reads, meeting notes, action logs, and follow-ups) to enable operating model adoption and execution. Coordinate inputs across stakeholders to support alignment and execution. Prepare site/function engagement packs by tailoring key messages, insights, and required actions; capture Voice-of-the-Site/Voice-of-the-Customer feedback and convert them into structured themes for review with the JJOS Operating Model & Engagement Leader.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or equivalent is preferred.

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience supporting program, project, or portfolio management activities in a complex or matrixed environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, presentations, and structured documentation

  • Proficiency with digital tools supporting analysis, reporting, workflow, or project tracking

  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional and global stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow through

  • Ability to operate with ambiguity while adhering to defined standards and governance

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting business excellence, operating systems, or continuous improvement frameworks

  • Familiarity with supply chain or end to end business processes

  • Experience supporting governance forums or executive level reporting

  • Comfort working at the interface of business processes, data, and technology

  • Demonstrated learning agility and continuous improvement mindset

Other:

  • This position may require 5% of domestic and/or international travel.

  • Skills in AI Tools, MS Copilot, Dashboard (Power BI) are preferred.

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
