Description

The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for administering and optimizing Leap Sales Pro, Salesforce, Tableau, Five9, Siro, and Ingage systems to support sales, customer service, and production teams. This role administers user access, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and business process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Salesforce, including user management, security, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage  Tableau reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for leadership teams.
  • Data warehouse and connected systems administration
  • Administer Five9 contact center platform, including user provisioning, call routing, campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Leap SalesPro user support, pricing changes and contract updates.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through automation and technology.
  • Maintain data quality standards across CRM and contact center platforms.
  • Develop operational reports and provide insights into sales productivity, customer engagement, and agent performance.
  • Support integration between Salesforce, Five9, and other business systems.
  • Train end users and create system documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce support experience.
  • Tableau administrative experience,
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations, data management, and business process automation.

Preferred Skills

  •  SQL, Excel, or BI tools experience.
  • Revenue Operations or Sales Operations background.
  • Experience supporting call center or field service organizations.
  • Strong aptitude to work independently and learn technical skills quickly. 
  • Experience administering Five9 or similar cloud contact center platforms.
  • Experience with SalesPro administration and support.
  • Exposure to Siro and Ingage platforms.
  • Light project management skills with the ability to be proactive, organized and communicate clearly

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines.
  • Work is performed in a professional office settings requires extensive use of computers, data platforms, and communication tools.
  • The role involves sitting, typing, and viewing a computer screen for extended periods.
