This position is primarily remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a supportive and dynamic team environment. Our Community Health Clinic setting allows you to access a wide variety of patient cases, providing you with the opportunity to apply your expertise to diverse mental health needs. • Conduct thorough initial assessments of new clients to determine their mental health status and treatment needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized therapy plans that effectively address their individual issues and goals.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote emotional and psychological well-being.
• Maintain up-to-date progress notes and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client advancements and updates.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialists, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and consultation with colleagues.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proficient in delivering effective individual and group therapy, with a focus on cultural competence.
• Possess strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy delivery is advantageous.
• Knowledge of integrative mental health practices.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
