• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, laying the groundwork for tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized for individuals, families, or groups, while being mindful of cultural sensitivities.
• Provide therapeutic sessions across different formats—individual, family, and group—to effectively address various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate holistic care.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, helping them navigate through acute episodes with empathy and expertise.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, promoting awareness of treatment options and available community resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage actively in cultural competence training sessions, case discussions, and team strategy meetings to elevate service quality.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, cultural competence, and various evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using techniques attuned to the cultural contexts of clients.
• Strong crisis intervention abilities, with a proven ability to remain composed in intense situations.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of building rapport across diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other modern computer applications to enhance workflow.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct client work in a clinical setting.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
