MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local client are NOW HIRING for a 1st Shift Computer Support Specialist in the Northwest Indianapolis area!

Position Details
  • Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
  • Location: Zionsville Rd. & 96th St. | Northwest Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to diagnose, repair, test, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys working with technology and ensuring equipment is ready for deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install operating systems, drivers, and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and component replacements.
  • Inspect, test, and verify returned or incoming computer equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and components.
  • Follow quality standards to ensure all equipment is fully functional.
  • Work with team members to prioritize repair requests and meet deadlines.
  • Follow all company safety, security, and workplace procedures.
Work Environment
  • Temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Computer workstation for most of the shift

Qualifications
