Job description

Forever Fit Physical Therapy and Wellness is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Clinic Support Specialist (CSS) to be the heartbeat of our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You'll be the bridge between exceptional patient care and smooth day-to-day operations — the person patients remember, and the person therapists rely on.

What You'll Do

Patient Experience

  • Deliver a warm, consistent welcome and support patients from check-in through their first visit and beyond

  • Assist patients with exercise execution and place them on modalities (heat, ice, etc.) as directed

  • Proactively solve scheduling conflicts before they become problems

Administrative Ownership

  • Confirm new patient paperwork is complete and check that insurance benefits and authorization have been verified by our back-office team ahead of appointments.

  • Collect copays and balances with professionalism and accuracy

  • Fill same-day cancellations and keep the following week's schedule full

  • Basic clerical work and computer/data entry in our EHR system

Clinical & Environment Support

  • Assist therapists as needed to keep sessions running on time

  • Turn over treatment rooms between patients; keep equipment organized and sanitized

  • Monitor and restock supplies before shortages happen

  • Help maintain a clean, calm, organized clinic environment

What We're Looking For
  • Strong multitasker with excellent customer service instincts

  • Interest in physical therapy, exercise physiology, or healthcare administration

  • Comfortable with basic computer/clerical work

  • Basic health insurance knowledge a plus, not required
