Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Low Voltage Operations Assistant to support our office and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the low-voltage, construction, or operations field. Training will be provided.
This position plays a key role in helping keep projects organized, materials prepared, and communication flowing between the office, warehouse, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation system troubleshooting for customers
  • Help support project coordination and job tracking.
  • Communicate with internal teams as needed
  • Assist with general office organization.
Warehouse Support

  • Help organize, stage, and prepare materials for field projects.
  • Assist with receiving and tracking inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support loading and unloading of materials as needed.
Operations Support

  • Provide general support to operations, office, and warehouse teams.
