This position is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training for Epic Ambulatory (outpatient) clinical applications. The role works closely with clinical and operational teams to support new implementations, workflow changes, system enhancements and ongoing education, helping staff use Epic effectively and confidently in their daily work.
