Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Program Lead position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global technical enablement and readiness program supporting AI infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Develop and operationalize technical learning paths for Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, Deployment Engineers, Infrastructure Delivery Engineers, Technical Services, Support Engineers, Manufacturing Technical Teams, and partner delivery organizations.
  • Coordinate technical readiness programs covering GPU compute infrastructure, networking, AI infrastructure validation, performance optimization, cluster deployment, and production readiness.
  • Support technical enablement across AI enterprise software, including architecture awareness, software deployment, incident triage, troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate product specialization programs across Design, Configure, Build, Deploy, Operate, and Manage disciplines.
  • Manage technical certification readiness, including prerequisites, hands-on labs, exam preparation, certification completion, skills tracking, and reporting.
  • Establish and manage deployment shadowing programs progressing from observation to supervised delivery and independent delivery readiness.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to integrate technical learning paths into enterprise learning platforms and standardize learning journeys.
  • Coordinate global technical workshops, hands-on training, training resources, deployment shadowing, and manufacturing site enablement.
  • Establish KPI reporting and executive governance to measure training completion, certification progress, technical readiness, and deployment capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement of enablement processes, learning programs, and operational execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, sales, learning and development, manufacturing, product, delivery, and external technology partners.
  • Ensure enablement programs are scalable and aligned with global technical delivery requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong technical program leadership and enablement experience.
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure, GPU compute, networking, enterprise AI software, and technical deployment methodologies.
  • Understanding of AI infrastructure validation, performance optimization, cluster deployment, and production readiness.
  • Experience developing technical learning paths and role-based enablement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of technical certification and skills management processes.
  • Experience with learning management platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop executive-level reporting, KPIs, and program governance.
  • Ability to coordinate global teams, workshops, technical training, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Experience with self-paced learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, certification programs, deployment shadowing, and on-the-job learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, technical enablement, sales engineering, infrastructure delivery, or a related field.
  • Experience leading global technical enablement or workforce readiness programs.
  • Experience working with engineering, pre-sales, delivery, support, manufacturing, and learning organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI, cloud, infrastructure, networking, or data center technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams and coordinate complex global programs.
  • Experience establishing operational processes, reporting frameworks, and executive governance.
  • Experience working with technology partners and coordinating technical readiness programs.
  • Experience managing training programs for technical teams and measuring learner and deployment readiness.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
