Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements to support enterprise system enhancements and integration initiatives.
  2. Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, use cases, functional specifications, and test documentation to support solution delivery.
  3. Analyze enterprise systems, data flows, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project planning, system implementation, user acceptance testing, and continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6โ€“9 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, business process modeling, data analysis, enterprise system integration, and stakeholder management.
