We are seeking a highly motivated IT Administrator - IT Operations to provide technical leadership and support at our manufacturing site. This hands-on role combines systems administration, networking, technical support, project management, and business partnership to ensure our technology infrastructure supports critical business operations.
What You'll Do
  • Provide onsite IT support for workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, copiers, and technology resources.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
  • Manage Entra ID and Active Directory environments, including users, groups, and security policies.
  • Monitor system performance, backups, endpoint security, and infrastructure availability.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and system configurations.
  • Manage IT inventory, procurement, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Support compliance requirements and external audits, including FDA-related audits.

Qualifications
