Job Description

At Atlas, we're providing services that enable communities to flourish and thrive, and if you’re a Tier 2 Support Analyst (60-70%)/IT Asset Administrator (30-40%) ready to manage company technology assets through the full lifecycle while supporting inventory governance, compliance, reporting, endpoint administration and service delivery and committed to doing meaningful work, then this is your moment. Success in this role looks like maintaining accurate, auditable asset records; improving asset accountability and cost control; resolving escalated end-user issues; and strengthening support and asset-management processes. Join a dynamic, value-driven, client- and community-focused environment where your work creates a lasting positive impact for the people and communities we serve.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage technology assets from procurement and receiving through deployment, assignment, refresh, recovery, reassignment and secure disposal.
  • Maintain accurate inventories, ownership records, audit documentation and chain-of-custody controls.
  • Coordinate device deployments, onboarding/offboarding, purchases, repairs, returns, recycling and reporting.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for escalated incidents and troubleshoot endpoint, OS, mobile, printing, networking, identity and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Deploy and maintain endpoints, support patching and software delivery, respond to major incidents and create technical documentation.

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in technical support, endpoint administration, IT asset management or related IT operations.
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops.
  • Experience with mobile devices, endpoint inventory or enterprise asset tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with ITSM principles and ticketing platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and process compliance.
  • Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Autopilot and endpoint-management experience preferred.
  • Freshservice, ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform preferred.
  • Asset audit, inventory reconciliation, lifecycle planning or compliance experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and ITAM best practices preferred.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation or a similar certification preferred.
  • White-glove/VIP support, major-incident response, office relocations and hardware-refresh projects may be required.
  • Experience in regulated, healthcare, financial or other compliance-driven environments is preferred.
