Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Administrator with a strong background in CRM management—specifically HubSpot and Salesforce—to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a deep understanding of IT systems with a background in accounting and computer science, and who has hands-on experience tracking and reporting SaaS business metrics.
Location: Remote in select US states and San Jose, Costa Rica.
Hours: Available to work core hours aligned with the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones
What will I do?

CRM Administration:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).
  • Implement workflows, custom fields, integrations, and data hygiene processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM usability and performance.

Systems Management:

  • Oversee system infrastructure related to CRM and other business software tools.
  • Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and security.

SaaS Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and report key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into performance and growth.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Partner with Finance and Executive teams to align metrics and reporting with business goals.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on CRM platforms.
  • Strong background in CRM backend configuration, automation, and integration for Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SaaS business models and associated KPIs/metrics.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and automation tools.]
  • Proven experience in end-to-end system migration projects
  • Certifications in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
