Job Description
• Ability to make enhancements, or address issues in the current product as a developer
* Provide world-class 1st and 2nd level phone support for our product, services,
network and internet connectivity and general computing.
• Be willing to take calls or answer emails over the weekend
• Build training videos, write and create articles and documentation for our knowledge base. Provide product and services training to existing and new customers.
• Proactive support, monitor the health of our network of devices and work with customers their system(s) is operational.
• Work with our customers in various ways to make sure they are ultimately successful!
Qualifications
• Empathetic and personally caring to customer. Beyond the technical aspects, making sure our customers are successful.
• Highly independent. Sees opportunities to expand, fix problems and make improvements without being told to do so.
