Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and generate reports for system and backup health for multiple client sites
  • Check events, logs, triage &alerting technicians to critical technical issues
  • Provide support with deployment, repair & replacement services on desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
  • Check status of Managed Security client environments using monitoring tools
  • Generate reports for client facing staff, business managers, and security leaders
  • Desktop set up, moving equipment, and basic trouble shooting for internal staff


Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of server and network environments
  • Ability to support Windows operating systems
  • Ability to support Microsoft Office Applications including Office 365 – an asset
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware - an asset
  • Basic technical training (CompTIA or Equivalent) – an asset
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Basic computer troubleshooting experience
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to provide a great customer service experience in person and on the phone (good communication skills)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle
