JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Temporary researcher needed to assist in Dr. Agu's lab in the Computer Science Department at WPI.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a strong mobile and wound server programming background required to produce a robust wound infection screener and care recommender app with a server that can robustly serve deep learning requests from mobile devices.
  • Assist with analysis of the development of the wound analysis algorithms using deep learning using photographs and thermal images, and on machine learning models that combine visual images and thermal images to detect infection more accurately.
  • Analyze the collected data to assist in researching and developing the infection wound care recommendation algorithms and machine learning methods.

Hourly pay rate is $25 per hour. This is a temporary 20 hour per week position.
