Role: Senior UiPath RPA Technical Lead (10–12 Years)

Visa: H1B, GC, USC, NO H4EAD or OPT Visas
 
Experience
 
10–12 years of IT experience with 6–8+ years in UiPath.
Experience leading enterprise RPA implementations and development teams.
 
Role Summary
 
Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath. Drive solution architecture, mentor developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality automations.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Lead end-to-end UiPath solution delivery.
Design automation frameworks and solution architecture.
Gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Develop, review, and deploy UiPath automations.
Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, SAP, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
Manage deployments through UiPath Orchestrator.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure governance, security, and coding standards.
Mentor developers and support CoE initiatives.
 
Required Skills
 
UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, Assets, Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service.
