Job description

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Full Stack Application Developer 3 to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This is a long term contract and hybrid position based out of Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be within driving distance of downtown Atlanta and available to report onsite as needed.

Day to Day

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications that improve business operations, decision-making, and digital workflows.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create intuitive user experiences by developing wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and responsive web applications with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.
  • Build and maintain modern front-end applications while integrating with APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise databases, and existing business systems.
  • Develop automation solutions and low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies while supporting application governance and lifecycle management.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, deployments, documentation, and continuous product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise software, business applications, or digital products in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience building responsive applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and RESTful API integrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, along with low-code application development.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, and modern design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating applications with relational databases, APIs, cloud services, and modern data platforms; familiarity with SQL and data integration concepts is highly preferred.
  • Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices (GitHub, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools).
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
