Job Description

SUMMARY

As an intern with the GS/OSD6-NA Key User Team, you will provide crucial support for our business systems and processes. This role involves direct engagement with SAP, data analysis, and process documentation to ensure operational efficiency and support end-users. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and tackle real-world challenges in a dynamic team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support the maintenance and creation of clear, updated work instructions for various system processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting SAP-related issues and tickets, providing timely support to end-users.
  • Generate and analyze data reports to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the team on various projects, managing multiple assignments and problem tickets simultaneously.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities for enhancement in current systems and workflows.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Some experience with SAP is preferred but not required.

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity and experience with AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) are highly desirable. Must be capable of quickly learning other software packages like SAP.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Individual must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with teammates and end-users. Must have the ability to handle multiple different projects and problem tickets at once.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

The ability to work in an office environment, which could include sitting for the majority of the day. At least 3 days in-office per week.
