Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to join our team and help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to build and improve products that solve real problems and deliver exceptional value to our users.
*This is a hybrid role, and will require being on-site at the office in New Berlin, WI 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user requirements and timelines.
  • Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Lead product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Prior experience leading technical initiatives-such as system integrations or API development-is preferred, though not required.
  • Proven success in delivering customer-facing software products.
