Job Summary:
Computer Futures is a leading IT recruitment consultancy, specialising in placing IT experts in permanent and contract roles across Asia, Europe and the US. They are seeking a Remedy Developer who will be responsible for the technical design, development, configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Remedy platform.
Responsibilities:
• Support our Remedy 7.x and 8.x production and development systems
• Plan and develop Remedy customizations as required to support our business
• Assist with system maintenance and upgrades
• Assist with the management of internal software releases using Remedy
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5-7 years of Remedy development experience
• Good knowledge of Remedy system architecture and ITSM
• Must have good technical knowledge and be willing to learn
• Good oral communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
Preferred:
