We are seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 semester!
Title: Supply Chain Analyst - Part-Time/Intern
Department: Supply Chain
Immediate Supervisor: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous Improvement
Status: Non-exempt
Position Purpose: Imbed with various teams across the extended Supply Chain, driving key business functions and process improvements to further company objectives.
Principle Accountabilities
The Supply Chain Analyst will gain exposure to a variety of teams, completing day-to-day tasks and working on long-term, cross-functional projects - opportunities could include, but not be limited to:
  • Demand Planning
    • Participate in demand reviews (provide data/trend analysis)
    • Monitor forecast system alerts
    • Assist with reporting for S&OP and various cross-functional projects
  • Supply Planning
    • Manage transfer order signals for intercompany goods movement
    • Perform root-cause analysis relating to on-time service, excess inventory, etc.
    • Improve warehouse mapping process for customer-warehouse relationship
  • Procurement
    • Support for supplier meetings (preparing data for purchase history, volumes, spend, competitive info., etc.)
    • Develop tracking and documentation for compliance with supplier onboarding
    • Distribution channel mapping (raw materials, suppliers, countries of origin, areas of leverage)
  • Logistics
    • Support company transportation needs (process, escalation, cost savings opportunities)
    • Drive cost analysis for new acquisition sites
    • Develop updated process documentation
  • E-Fulfillment
    • Global replenishment - manage intercompany signals to supply E-Fulfill customers
    • Logistics support for E-Fulfill peak season
    • Manage product transitions (demand forecasting, supply planning)

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Active pursuit of Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, R)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must possess a strong "customer service" attitude.
  • Clear, articulate oral communication skills projected with confidence, as well as the ability to listen, understand, and comprehend other coworkers while portraying a professional and positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn new skills, knowledge, and techniques
