About the Role
This is not a typical internship. Our Agent Aspirant Intern role is designed for High School & college students who want to learn the business from the inside and build a long-term career with the goal of becoming a State Farm Agent and opening their own office. You will work directly with customers, develop sales and leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in how an agency operates day to day.
If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and want the challenge of entrepreneurship, this is a strong fit.
What Youll Do
  • Build relationships with customers by listening, asking questions, and helping identify needs
  • Learn and support core agency functions including auto, home, life, and financial services conversations
  • Make outbound calls and follow-ups to support retention and new business growth
  • Participate in coaching and skill-building sessions focused on sales, service, and leadership
  • Learn the fundamentals of running an agency: operations, marketing, community involvement, and team culture
  • Track activity and outcomes in agency systems and help maintain a high level of customer experience
