Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
Are you excited to grow your marketing skills while supporting a team focused on performance and innovation? Our Strategic Marketing Initiatives team is looking for a Strategic Marketing Coaching Intern to join the team!
The Strategic Marketing Intern-Coaching supports the Strategic Marketing amp; Performance Coaching team with day-to-day reporting, coordination and organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to marketing operations, data tracking, and coaching systems in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
  • Maintain and update notes and data within internal systems (CRM)
  • Pull and organize data reports and support complex dashboard updates
  • Prepare materials for coaching sessions, webinars, and team use
  • Provide general operational support to improve team efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling, coaching, calendar coordination, and inbox management
Experience you’ll bring:
  • Very strong organization and attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to follow through on tasks
  • Powerful communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
