Job description

About the Role

The AI Platform Support & Operations Intern will play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our proprietary AI platform. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creative agency life and emerging technology — helping a team of brand thinkers, strategists, and creatives get the most out of cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll assist with software updates, user support, and ongoing platform improvements while gaining real-world experience in AI tool management and agency operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support software updates and platform maintenance for our propietary AI tool, coordinating with vendors or developers as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal help desk requests — troubleshooting user issues, answering questions, and escalating bugs or technical problems
  • Document common issues, workarounds, and FAQs to build out an internal knowledge base for the team
  • Assist with testing new features and updates before they are rolled out to the broader MESH team
  • Monitor platform performance and flag any anomalies or recurring issues to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Help onboard new team members to our proprietary AI tool, including walkthroughs and how-to guides
  • Gather user feedback from the team and help prioritize improvements or feature requests
  • Support general IT and operations tasks as needed across the agency

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Comfortable working with SaaS platforms, web-based tools, and browser-based applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, people-first approach to help desk support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain technical things to non-technical people without making them feel small
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document processes clearly and consistently
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, emerging technology, and how creative teams work
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving agency environment
  • Bonus: familiarity with prompt engineering, AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.), or agency/creative workflows

What You’ll Get

  • Hands-on experience with a live AI platform used by a real creative agency team
  • Exposure to brand strategy, creative production, and agency culture from the inside
  • A collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions actually matter
  • Mentorship from experienced agency professionals and technology leads
  • The chance to build a portfolio of real work — not busy work
  • Flexible hours with hybrid or remote options (based on availability)
