Resume du poste : 

La principale responsabilite du stagiaire en operations de fabrication et validation est de soutenir les activites de mise en service et de validation ainsi que les operations liees aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF). 

Principales taches et responsabilites : 

- Assister les specialistes de la validation dans la mise en service et la qualification des equipements de fabrication et des salles blanches. 

- Participer aux operations de fabrication de routine selon les BPF, y compris : 

- Nettoyage et desinfection de l'equipement et des zones de production. 

- Preparation des materiaux et de l'equipement pour la production. 

- Contribuer a la redaction et a la revision des procedures operatoires normalisees (PON) relatifs aux processus de fabrication et de nettoyage. 

- Collaborer avec des equipes interfonctionnelles, notamment l'assurance qualite, le controle qualite, l'ingenierie et la production. 

- Tenir des registres precis et detailles conformement aux exigences reglementaires. 

- Respecter tous les protocoles de securite et de conformite. 

- Demontrer sa connaissance des techniques aseptiques appropriees. 

- Communiquer efficacement et rapidement, faire remonter les problemes qui necessitent des decisions de la part de la direction. 

- Faire preuve d'un haut niveau de valeurs et d'integrite 

- Faire preuve de responsabilite dans un environnement d'equipe. 

Qualifications : 

- Actuellement inscrit dans un programme universitaire en biotechnologie, genie chimique ou mecanique, sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe. 

- Interet marque pour la fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques et la conformite reglementaire. 

- Une moyenne generale de 3,00 ou plus est requise. 

- Disponible pour un stage a temps plein d'au moins 8 mois a Montreal, Quebec, de Septembre 2026 a fin mai 2027. 

- Excellent souci du detail et sens de l'organisation. 

- Capacite a travailler dans un environnement de salle blanche et a suivre des procedures strictes. 

- Capable de travailler de maniere independante avec un minimum de supervision et de faire preuve de discernement. 

- Capable de tenir des dossiers et des registres soignes, precis et complets. 

- Solides competences interpersonnelles et capacite a interagir avec tous les niveaux de personnel de maniere professionnelle. 

- Capacite a respecter les delais et a gerer un environnement de travail critique en constante evolution et a rythme soutenu. 

- Solides competences en matiere d'organisation, d'analyse et de resolution de problemes.  Capacite a analyser les details et a prendre des decisions structurees au quotidien. 

- Maitrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Experience de la creation de rapports dans Word et Excel. Microsoft Project et Visio sont des atouts. 

- Capacite a soulever ou a pousser jusqu'a 25 livres. 

- Bonnes aptitudes a la communication orale et ecrite et bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles. 

- Bilingue en francais et en anglais de preference (la maitrise de l'anglais est requise pour assurer les echanges de documentations et communications avec d'autres sites de Grifols hors Quebec et hors Canada (Espagne, USA).

Position Title: Manufacturing Operations Intern, Fractionation - 8 months from September 2026 to May 2027

Position Summary: 

The Manufacturing Operations &Validation Intern's principal responsibility is to support bothcommissioning and validation activitiesas well asGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP) operations. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Validation Specialists in thecommissioning and qualificationof manufacturing equipment and cleanroom facilities. 

  • Participate inroutine GMP manufacturing operations, including: 

  • Cleaning and sanitizationof equipment and production areas. 

  • Preparation of materials and equipment for production. 

  • Contribute to thedrafting and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)related to manufacturing and cleaning processes. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Production. 

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with regulatory requirements. 

  • Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols. 

  • Demonstrate knowledge of proper aseptic techniques. 

  • Communicate effectively and promptly, escalate any issues that require management decisions 

  • Demonstrate high levels of values and integrity 

  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability in a team environment. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program inBiotechnology, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. 

  • Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance. 

  • GPA of 3.00 or higher required 

  • Available for a minimum of 8 months full time internship in Montreal, Quebec from September 2026 to end of May 2027

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict procedures. 

  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and use good judgment.   

  • Able to keep neat, accurate and complete records and logs. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.   

  • Ability to meet deadlines, and handle an ever changing, fast paced critical work environment. 

  • Strong organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to analyse details and perform structured decision-making on a daily basis. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in creating reports in Words and Excel. Microsoft Project and Visio a plus. 

  • Ability to lift or push up to 25 pounds. 

  • Good oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
