Summit Support Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the healthcare industry and a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the IT support team and oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient support delivery.

•

Install, modify, and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems

•

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and security.

•

Install software and necessary applications for workflow and train users on new software through various tutorial channels.

•

Maintain system functionality by testing computer components and ensuring network uptime.

•

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex IT issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent service availability.

•

Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support their IT requirements and enhance overall operational efficiency.

•

Oversee cybersecurity strategies to safeguard company data and IT assets.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
