The Opportunity
As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting Manager, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to enhance the structure of their finance functions, optimizing their contribution to the business. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will address challenges in achieving contemporary operating models, streamline processes, and drive digital transformation to elevate functional excellence. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, while motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. By analyzing complex ideas and building meaningful recommendations, you will simplify messages and create positive outcomes for all parties involved. You are expected to uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities
- Leading finance function strategy consulting projects to optimize client finance structures

- Overseeing the integration of technology in finance processes to drive digital transformation
- Facilitating change management efforts to support organizational development and growth
- Collaborating with clients to address challenges in achieving contemporary operating models
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
