SAP America, Inc.ย seeks aย Business Processes Senior Consultantย at ourย Newtown Square, PAย locationย toย drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions.ย ย
Expectations and Tasks:ย ย
Map business processes to solution requirements. Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards Intelligent Enterprise. Drive change management to achieve business transformationย objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applyingย state-of-the-artย methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specificย LoBsย or industries. Support pre-sales activities and escalated projects. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops andย trainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standardย contentย and experience. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/orย supportsย updates to the portfolio. Provide support in solution testing and issue resolution. Can mentor business processย consultants.ย ย ย
Education andย Occupational Experience:ย ย
Bachelor'sย degree or foreign equivalent inย Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management,ย or a related field of studyย andย six (6)ย years ofย progressive post-baccalaureateย experience in the job offered or related occupation.ย Alternatively, aย Master'sย degree or foreign equivalent inย Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management,ย or a related field of studyย andย four (4)ย years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.ย
Qualifications/Skills and Competenciesย Experience:ย ย
Configuring, designing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications, including SAP warehouse management solutions;ย ย
Designing, implementing, and executing test plans that include unit, functional, regression,ย systemย and integration tests;ย ย
Configuring, designing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications, including enterprise asset management and equipment management solutions;ย ย
Configuring, designing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications, including materials management solutions; andย
Travel:ย Position requires up to 50% domestic travel to various and unanticipated customer sites and SAP offices to implement customer-procured solutions and perform customer-facing project tasks.ย

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this positionย isย $125,923ย - $196,010.ย SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towardย demonstratingย SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAPย providesย the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position isย $135,600ย - $230,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. asย determinedย through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollarย amountย and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
