We are currently looking for passionate, driven and energetic software developers to join our fast paced dynamic team. We have recently implemented a cutting edge technology solution using Microsoft Azure Cloud services and will continue to build upon this framework using the latest tools and technologies from Microsoft. RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in all phases of software development including design, coding, testing and deployment. Approximately 50% of time will be hands on coding.

Provide high level guidance and direction on strategic project work, making sure that the project pipeline reflects the strategic goals of our client, offers opportunities to introduce new technologies, improves and expands the usage of existing assets, and reduces the complexity of the environment over time. 

Be responsible for staying current with tools and technologies, as well as bringing new ideas and methodologies to the team. This includes establishing a Software Team manifesto, current and future patterns and practices, development guidelines and integration guides, as well as, developing implementation plans, and following up to ensure that everyone is using the technologies, and using them correctly.

Acts as a model to the team in the areas of leaving a good first impression, building relationships, achieving win-win outcomes, self-motivation, positive attitude, integrity, prioritization, adaptability, stress management, and time management. Elevate the game of the entire team.

REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years of experience in software development utilizing MS Visual Studio (.Net C#, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Web API)

7+ years of experience working with MS SQL Server Databases and Stored Procedures

Strong Object Oriented design and development skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Detail oriented with good communication skills

Active in software community (blog, twitter, meetups, etc.)
