Familiarity with GenAI concepts, industry trends, and applications.**Qualifications*** Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and CAD applications* Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**, **Computer Science**, or a related technical field.* **10+ years of experience** in program/project management within a **technology company**.* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.* Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Systems like Teamcenter and Windchill* Familiarity with CAD applications like UG NX, Solidworks, Inventor and Creo* Familiarity with ECAD applications like Zuken E3s, OrCAD, Altium* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).* PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.**Key Responsibilities**Engage closely with engineering and product development leadership, identifying opportunities for automation and business process solutions with positive impact to engineering productivity and design quality.
