About the Role

Porsche Centre Saskatchewan is seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Guest Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience that reflects the premium standards of the Porsche brand. This position combines reception and guest services responsibilities with sales administration and coordination support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Reception

Welcome clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Create a memorable and inviting showroom experience for every guest.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.

Coordinate guest arrivals and assist with appointment scheduling.

Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable during their visit.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready showroom and reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and general reception duties.

Support dealership events, customer appreciation initiatives, and vehicle launches.

Sales Coordination & Support

Assist the sales team with administrative and customer support functions.

Prepare vehicle delivery packages and coordinate delivery appointments.

Maintain accurate customer information and records within the CRM system.

Assist with customer follow-up communications and lead management.

Coordinate test drives and vehicle availability.

Prepare sales documents, vehicle information packages, and presentation materials.

Ensure showroom vehicles, displays, and marketing materials are professionally presented.

Support inventory tracking and vehicle merchandising efforts.

Assist in creating a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.

Administrative Support

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

Support communication between Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration departments.

Handle confidential customer information with professionalism and discretion.

Assist management with special projects and reporting as required.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
