Job Description
  • Check computers/devices in/out of shop.
  • Increase retail sales of computers, printers, print supplies, and tech accessories.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments for technicians and other staff.
  • Call customers to get/give information from the technician and follow-up with them regarding their service.
  • Order parts and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory counts of modest amount of print and computer supplies/parts.
  • Billing and Accounts Receivable work.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers - in small groups, one on one and in writing.
  • Ability to focus on detailed work for extended periods of time.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver multiple assignments on time, and maintain an efficient/timely daily work schedule.
  • The ability to effectively document customer service activities.
  • Must be open to cross-training and have flexibility in duties as assigned.
