Job description

The award-winning Hampton Inn & Suites Franklin, IN is seeking a driven and motivated Outside Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue sales leads through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and social media

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand clients' needs and identify new sales opportunities

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or a related field

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, Hilton PEP, Delphi, R&I

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
